Terms and Conditions for Museum of Pattern
These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") apply to all visitors (the "Visitor") of the Museum of Pattern, an interactive cultural experience created by Plurana BV, an Amsterdam-based cultural technology company. By entering the Museum of Pattern, the Visitor agrees to the following terms:

Ticket Purchase and Entry
Visitors must purchase a valid ticket to enter the Museum of Pattern. No entry will be allowed without a valid ticket.

Compliance with Rules and Conduct
Visitors must comply with all rules related to public order, morality, good customs, and the nature of the experience being visited. Visitors are not allowed to break, push, draw on, or damage the walls in any way. They are materially responsible for any damage caused by such actions. Visitors are required to follow any additional instructions provided by Museum staff. If, in the reasonable discretion of a staff member, the Visitor violates these rules or instructions, they may be denied further access to the Museum without reimbursement of the ticket fee or other costs.

Responsibility for Minors
Parents and/or caregivers are responsible for the behavior of any minors in their care while at the Museum. All children under 11 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Photography and Filming
Visitors consent to the taking of photographs and/or videos during their visit to the Museum. These may be used for promotional purposes by the Museum of Pattern, including but not limited to the website, social media channels, brochures, and other marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in any promotional materials, please inform a staff member. Any external photo or video shoots for advertising purposes must be arranged in advance with Plurana BV by contacting us at maria_loleyt@plurana.com.

Intellectual Property
Visitors may not reproduce images, interactives, or audiovisual materials from the Museum without prior permission. When permission is granted, the integrity of the content must be respected, and credit must be given to the Museum of Pattern.

Lost Property
The Museum is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you lose an item during your visit, pleasecontact the Museum staff to report the loss, and we will attempt to assist you.

Data Protection
By providing personal data, the Visitor gives express consent for Plurana BV to process their personal data in accordance with privacy laws. Liability
Plurana BV is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by the Visitor while in the Museum, except where required by law. By entering the Museum of Pattern, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to abide by them.
